NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS
Due to us experiencing very little rain and snow for the season, and the lack of snowpack from prior years, the state and District are experiencing a severe water shortage. This lack of rain and snow in the mountains causes the underground water tables, which are accessed
by our wells, to be lower than normal.
As a result, our wells are unable to pump the same volume of water needed to keep the tanks filled to capacity to supply everyone's needs. For this reason, we are requesting that you restrict and conserve your water usage as much as possible. You will notice signs placed throughout the District stating the same message. You can also monitor your usage with the free "Eye On Water" app available for your use.
Please make sure that you do not have any toilets that are continuously running, your indoor plumbing is not leaking (faucets or pipes), and please avoid the refilling of hot tubs.
If you have any questions regarding the water situation or the free "Eye On Water" app and how to obtain and use it, please let us know. We do appreciate your cooperation in this effort.
